Sky Couriers International Limited are committed to securing and protecting privacy i.e. name, address, telephone number, email addresses. This privacy policy applies to Sky Couriers International Limited only and reserves the right to change its policy at any time with or without prior notice. “We” collect personal information about you with your awareness as described in this policy.

We collect and process personal data which is necessary to carry out our contractual services requested by you. As part of our services we need to obtain personal data which is required to transport the goods from one location to another. We also receive personal data from third parties on your behalf. Surveys may be requested to complete for research purposes but are totally optional. Employees information is also collected, again all data is kept secure at all times. Employee data includes offline physical data or online data such as: names, home address, date of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, VAT numbers, proof of identity, drivers’ licence, penalty points, bank details. Credit or debit card details are not stored on our systems. Any information provided by you through our website, email address, address, phone number or otherwise may be kept as a record of that correspondence.

You are also entitled to copies of your personal data, a request for this can be made via email. Note* a small fee may apply to cover the administration costs. In this case we will take all reasonable steps to ensure your data reaches you. Proof of Identification will be requested before any data is released. These requests can take up to 21 days, if you are unhappy with this process or how we process your data please let us know and we’ll be happy to discuss and collectively come up with a satisfactory outcome. Failing that, you also have the option to contact your local Data Protection Authority.

Sky Couriers International Limited may at its sole discretion, update this information. This may be in response to changes in applicable Data Protection and Privacy legislation. Any changes of such will be posted on our website. In certain circumstances to individuals where appropriate, they will be notified via email.
